Shaffer-Romano Tiffany Shaffer of Port St. Lucie, daughter of Julie Shaffer and the late Kevin Shaffer, is engaged to Jason Romano of Port St. Lucie. Romano is the son of William and Graceann Romano of Port St. Lucie. Shaffer graduated from Fort Pierce Central High School in 2007. She is with customer service with QVC. Romano graduated from Telecom Arts & Technology in Brooklyn, N.Y., in 1997 and from Keiser University in 2012 with an associate degree in radiologic technology.
